Privacy Policy

Colture Consulting collects a booking only when you schedule one, and loads analytics only after you accept. Reject leaves measurement off. Cookie settings in the footer changes that choice.

What is collected

Opening a page sends the host the address of the page, the time, your IP address, and the browser you used. That log keeps the site up and blocks abuse. It is not sold, and it is not used to advertise.

The pages have no account and no form. A name and an email are collected only if you book. The booking page is Google Calendar. Google runs that page and can set its own cookies there. Google's privacy notice covers that page. Colture uses the details you submit to hold the conversation and to do the work that follows.

LinkedIn, Monday.com, and the other sites linked from these pages have their own notices. This policy stops when you leave.

Cookies

Analytics stays off until you accept it. Accept and Reject are the same kind of choice. Cookie settings in the footer opens that choice again, which is how you opt out after an accept, or opt in after a reject.

Accept loads Google Analytics, which counts pages, visits, and how the visit arrived. It does not load an advertising cookie. Reject does not load Google Analytics.

Colture-Consent
Remembers Accept or Reject for six months. Necessary. The site cannot honor a choice without it.
_Ga and _Ga_*
Google Analytics cookies, kept for up to two years, and only after Accept. They count visits and pages. Reject deletes them.
Host Cookie
The host may set a cookie to keep the site up or to block abuse. That cookie is necessary and is not used for ads.

How it is used

A booking is used to answer you and, if the work goes ahead, to do that work. Analytics, when you allow it, is used to see which pages are read. Colture does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising on other sites.

Colture may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and the people who use it.

Ask, and Colture will delete a booking it is not required to keep. Analytics cookies are deleted from this browser when you reject.

Limits

This site is not directed at children under 13, and Colture does not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent personal information, use the booking page and say so.

The site can be opened from anywhere. The host and Google may process a request in the United States.

Transmission over the internet is not perfectly secure. Colture uses HTTPS and the headers described in the site setup to reduce that risk.

How Do I Opt Out Later?

Cookie settings in the footer opens the same choice. Reject stops Google Analytics and deletes its cookies on this browser.

No. Colture does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising on other sites.
